What We Do…
Faster Build
Time savings is the most significant benefit of system-built construction. With the structure being manufactured off-site in a factory and transported to the job location, it can reduce the overall construction process by as much as 20% to 30%. Additional benefits include reduced labor costs from the controlled manufacturing process, versus the “in the field” managed subcontractor method. Raw material costs for factory-produced manufacturing are reduced, and there is much less in the way of “waste” compared to typical construction performed in the field.
Cost-Effective
System-built construction is performed in an enclosed and weatherproof environment. The majority of the building materials are preordered and stored off-site in anticipation of the scheduled production. All of the various required construction segments are all performed under one roof, and within one single company, allowing for consistency and efficiency of the building process. Sections of the structure are manufactured by a seamless production process in a factory setting along a streamlined and orchestrated manufacturing line. All of this ensures timely and accurate completion of the project.
Energy Efficient
Prefabricated “system built” construction is built stronger, more energy-efficient, and a better value overall. The same “factory produced” benefits enjoyed by the automobile industry and discovered over a hundred years ago, are being applied today in the controlled production of residential construction performed in a factory setting. Commercial Airliners, cruise ships, and heavy equipment all share similar building processes. Various segments of the product are built and assembled in one location, resulting in both a time savings component and with reduced cost-benefits. All of this results in a better product that will show the test of time.
